How to Request a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges are handled only through the Return or Exchange page on our website.

 

  • Requests via WhatsApp, social media, or email will not be accepted

  • Customers must submit the official request form on this page

  • Each request is reviewed individually

  • You will be contacted with the next steps once your request is approved

This process ensures accuracy, consistency, and faster handling.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

 

  • The request is submitted within 14 days from the delivery date

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • The item shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration

 

Requests that do not meet these conditions will be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned without submitting an official request through the website


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Exchanges are limited to size or color only

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, the exchange request may be canceled

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and bank


Shipping & Handling

  • Keswa delivers to all governorates across Egypt

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:

  • Attach clear photos showing the issue

  • Our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution
