Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled automatically.

Orders are shipped across all governorates in Egypt, and estimated delivery timelines will be shared after order confirmation.
Delivery & Returns
Yes. We deliver to all governorates and regions across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
All returns and exchanges must be requested through the Return or Exchange page on our website.
Requests submitted outside this page will not be processed.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Store Credit is currently not available.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
